Information You Submit
A name, phone number, or address entered into a search form is sent to the provider that supplies those results; our servers do not retain a separate copy of the search. If you contact us, we receive the content of your message and use it to respond.
Automatic Technical Data
Hosting services may create routine logs such as IP address, browser type, page requests, and timestamps. We review this aggregate information to maintain the service and understand general page use. Cookies or related technologies can support basic analytics and, if applicable, advertising measurement.
What We Do With This Data
That limited information helps operate, troubleshoot, measure, and improve the service. We do not sell a visitor list or create individual visitor profiles.
External Services and Links
Links may lead to Bell County and Texas portals, library collections, archives, or third-party search tools. The recipient’s own policy controls any information submitted there. That includes the sponsored search results supplied by a third party.
Who Might See Your Data
Hosting and support providers process operational logs for us. Analytics or advertising partners may receive the automatic information described above. We disclose information only when a valid legal requirement calls for it.
How We Protect Your Data
The service uses an encrypted connection, and operational logs are retained only for the purposes described here. Because the service has no accounts, it does not maintain a user password or profile.
Users Under 18
This service is intended for adults and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from a person under 18. Contact us if you believe a minor submitted information so it can be removed.
Your Privacy Choices
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete data held by a website. Texas’s Data Privacy and Security Act, Business & Commerce Code chapter 541, identifies rights to know, correct, delete, and opt out in circumstances it covers. Since we retain very little, a request normally concerns the contact mailbox or operational logs. Send it through the Contact page. Texas, Bell County, and Harker Heights public records are controlled by their custodians, so requests concerning those records must go to the responsible office.
Policy Updates
We will post a revised policy here when this policy changes. Continued use after publication of a revision indicates acceptance of the new version.
